Defendants Rodney Westbrook and Johnny Wesley were convicted by a jury of second degree murder (Pen. Code, § 187), assault with a deadly weapon (Pen. Code § 245) and discharging a firearm at an inhabited dwelling (Pen. Code, § 246).
